Italy Journey to Source: Lagorai Mountain Range
August 30 to September 6, 2026
Online sessions from July through September
Walk with the soul, through the wise forests, wide meadows, and wild lakes of the Lagorai mountain range, receiving new questions and answers at every step.
Fritz Lensch, Carole Ardigo, Angelica Carletti, and Bruno Di Loreto invite you on a two-month journey to source. At its heart is a 7-day pilgrimage in the Lagorai of Northern Italy.
Together, we develop the sensitivity and silence to feel the vibrations of the land and its beings. We enjoy the shift into another dimension, where we feel at home in ourselves, receiving new questions and answers at every step and discovering what is possible.
Lagorai – The Tibet of Italy
The Lagorai is a wild and little-known mountain range that has been preserved from excessive tourist exploitation. It’s a magical and mysterious place.
This symphony of wild and unspoilt beauty nourishes the soul and senses of those who walk in this natural sanctuary. Rich in silence, we can quickly feel sensations of love for the mountain chain.
To encounter the Lagorai is to experience a secret Eden where an ancient knowledge of the natural relationship between Humanity and Nature is still present. The Lagorai is a channel of connection between us and the ancestral consciousness of Mother Earth.
Are you ready?
To say yes to this journey is to say I am ready to dissolve the layers that I’ve built up, to truly listen to what life is asking, and to act on this guidance with a new level of trust. This journey is for:
You are willing to walk with the soul, not only with your body.
You honour the process to walk both outward and inward, rather than looking to arrive.
You are generous in offering and sharing yourself, not only taking for yourself.
You are open to receiving the unexpected.

Itinerary
We walk among rocks of volcanic origin that light up with intense colors at every sunrise and sunset. Through wise forests, wide meadows, and 98 wild lakes, we will feel and meditate in nature. The physical effort will be a teaching in itself, demanding full presence and bringing us into our bodies. The group will be our support and encouragement to go deeper. We return the same way, yet all will be different.
-
Our journey begins before the pilgrimage with two online workshops to prepare our time in the mountains.
We will gather in Roncegno on Sunday 30th August, arriving before 7pm and sharing a dinner at the hotel, where we will stay the first and last night.
At sunrise the next day, we have breakfast and drive to the starting point in The Lagorai.
From there, we will walk to Sasso Rotto, the “Broken Rock”, before continuing to our first mountain lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
On September 1, we will walk into the heart of the Lagorai, where we will stay 4 nights at a mountain lodge as the base for our experiences.
We return to Roncegno on September 5, where we close and celebrate our pilgrimage together. Departure follows the next morning after 12 noon.
-
Participants must be comfortable walking several days in the mountains and carrying their own luggage. This is not a trek and while there will be a period of straight walking, we mostly move slowly and pause often for meditation. No technical skills are required.
-
We will stay in a simple but comfortable hotel for the first and last night, and in traditional mountain ‘rifugi’ the other nights. Rooms are shared as space is limited. In the hotel, there will be twin or triple rooms, while in the rifugi, rooms are shared dormitory-style, as is custom in European mountain lodges.
-
During the pilgrimage, participants agree:
Not to use recreational drugs, alcohol, or mind-altering substances
To minimise caffeine and smoking.
That phones will be switched off for our time in the mountains. (no exceptions, emergency contact provided)
