Personal Commitment and Agreements

Our pilgrimage includes daily walking in mountain terrain, time in nature, group practices, and periods of silence. During this journey, exercise, changing weather conditions, altitude, and the contemplative environment may bring physical fatigue or surface emotional or psychological responses.

Participants acknowledge personal responsibility for their well-being throughout the pilgrimage. Individual and collective accountability are essential, as each person is on their own inner and outer journey. We ask all participants to honour the shared space, respect others, and contribute to a safe and supportive group environment.

Participants must inform the organisers in advance of any pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or mental health considerations (diagnosed or self-identified) that may affect participation. All relevant medications must be declared prior to arrival.

We reserve the right to deny participation in the pilgrimage if we determine it to be unsafe for the participant and/or for the group. A full refund will be issued in such cases, except where the risk arises from conditions not previously disclosed by the participant.

By joining, we commit to co-creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all.
