My Journey

I had to deal with a lot of anxiety throughout my childhood. I couldn't get to sleep because I was afraid I wouldn't get enough sleep. When I participated in my first silent meditation retreat at age nine, I was met with this chaos of mind. It felt like meditation was making things worse, so I kept forgetting about it after.

It was much later that I realized meditation wasn't making things worse; it was revealing what had been there all along but hadn't received any attention. By turning my attention toward my experience and contemplating its contents, I began to sense the ocean beneath it.

I’ve been on the journey to source ever since, guiding others on theirs to realize true peace and freedom. Today, I work with innovators and leaders to break through fears, conflicts, and limitations and transform their work in the world. My work is inspired by the elements in nature and integrates our physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual realities.

Before dedicating my life to this work, I was a dancer and choreographer for large media productions, a founding partner of a venture studio and two coaching fellowships, and a transformational coach and facilitator.

My approach guides people from personal problems to present awareness through dialogue, meditation transmissions, and movement, building energy, deepening trust, and increasing clarity to face the unknown of life and work. Together, we illuminate the root causes of challenges and discover new ways forward.

Born in Berlin and having lived across Europe and Asia, I’ve gathered an international meditation community with hundreds of members, teach at renowned centers such as the Findhorn Foundation, and speak at organizations around the world. I co-authored Peace Design, a guidebook for ending conflict and creating peace, and guide sacred pilgrimage journeys in the Himalayas.
