With 18 years of practice and the approval of my teachers, I share my approach to meditation and practical spirituality, dealing with everyday challenges and our sense of overwhelm.
I guide to face what is happening rather than using a technique or philosophy to fight the symptoms. Together, we discover and liberate the root cause of our suffering: inner conflict. Through continued practice, we get to understand ourselves better and navigate life with greater consciousness, clarity and coherence.

It goes against our desire for achievement. We are on the path when we open our heart without wanting anything in return.

Meditation isn't about escaping our experiences with some method; it's about meeting them. By welcoming whatever arises—sensations, feelings, thoughts—we learn to truly rest in the present moment. This is where we can find a jewel. What is meant by ‘Make your own Meditation’ is to use our experience as a teacher by being aware and not lost in it. There’s a longer silence in this guided meditation so that we can practice this together.

I first stayed in a monastery at the age of 9 and have been practicing ancient wisdom in the modern context ever since. I taught and coached hundreds of professional artists, athletes, leaders and innovators, and their teams, to liberate their mind, heart, and health so they can create their most meaningful work.
