Meditation is not something we can do and then be done with. It’s not a practice or an exercise to become better at. There’s nothing to achieve. This is contrary to our usual ways, which is why meditation is so challenging for so many people.
Meditation Changed My Life.
I was introduced to meditation and what it means to be truly still at age 9. My father was practicing Zen, and I was just fascinated to join him.
It changed my life. Ever since, I have been on the journey, sharing my discoveries.
Stillness is the Ultimate Luxury.
Meditation is to be still, even in the noise. This is the ultimate luxury. When we are quiet internally, we can better understand ourselves and the world. Stress dissolves, healing can happen, and we may feel alive with new energy and capacity.

It goes against our desire for achievement. We are on the path when we open our heart without wanting anything in return.

Meditation isn't about escaping our experiences with some method; it's about meeting them. By welcoming whatever arises—sensations, feelings, thoughts—we learn to truly rest in the present moment. This is where we can find a jewel. What is meant by ‘Make your own Meditation’ is to use our experience as a teacher by being aware and not lost in it. There’s a longer silence in this guided meditation so that we can practice this together.
