About me
I've been on the journey to source since age nine, when I participated in my first silent meditation retreat. Today, I guide individuals and groups to realize true peace and freedom.
I've gathered an international meditation community with hundreds of members, teach at renowned centers such as the Findhorn Foundation, and speak at organizations around the world. I also co-authored Peace Design, a guidebook for ending conflict and creating peace, and guide sacred pilgrimage journeys in the Himalayas.
My work is inspired by the elements in Nature.
