Born in Berlin and having lived across Europe and Asia, Fritz Hendrik travels with the sincere intent to help people help themselves.
He speaks about intuition, intent, and intelligence, as well as other topics, at centers and organizations around the world. He is also the co-author of Peace Design, a practical guidebook to end war and manifest peace inside out.
In 2026, Fritz Hendrik got married and was ordained with his wife Angelica as Priest, or ‘Jero Mangku’ in Bali, making a life-long commitment to one another and to serve their communities.
Before dedicating his life to this path, he was a professional dancer and choreographer for large media productions, a founding partner of a venture studio, and a coaching fellowship for executives.

Active Relaxation is at the heart of meditation. We notice any kind of agitation and come back into balance. This is a natural process for which we have to DO NOTHING—just be aware. It can be challenging, so let’s practice together.
We tend to seek relaxation through screens and distractions, but are we truly resting? In this new meditation, we enter a state of deep rest that benefits our sleep and overall well-being. Together, we practice letting go of thoughts, emotions and tensions and cultivating profound relaxation. By mastering the art of deep rest, we nourish our nervous system, sleep better, and feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
Relaxation is an art we cannot even begin to master by watching movies and further stimulating our minds. With this meditation, practice 5 Channels for Quality Relaxation. They are the keys to meditative practice.
Be with What Is: The most challenging meditation is non-meditation, not trying to do anything but simply being aware of what is. This is advanced practice because it is so simple. It goes against our desire for achievement. We are on the path when we open our heart without wanting anything in return.
Meditation isn't about escaping our experiences with some method; it's about meeting them. By welcoming whatever arises—sensations, feelings, thoughts—we learn to truly rest in the present moment. This is where we can find a jewel. What is meant by ‘Make your own Meditation’ is to use our experience as a teacher by being aware and not lost in it. There’s a longer silence in this guided meditation so that we can practice this together.
