In contemplation practice, we observe physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts as a way of understanding ourselves without making sense of or labelling anything. We remove our usual layer of technique or method between ourselves and that which we observe, and face what is happening directly. There's nothing to do but to LOOK without looking for something.

Through contemplation practice, we can become more and more aware of the subtle layers of our consciousness. We only ever notice 1% of our experience. This is your opportunity to go much deeper.

What do you discover underneath the surface of your consciousness?
