A 5-Week Series to Create and Maintain Companionship

Intuition guides us in creating and maintaining companionship. But too often we choose not to listen and chase ideals and goals instead. We’re too occupied for true companions to step into and stay in our lives. Not showing up for our longing to be in companionship, we settle for transactional and superficial encounters, deceiving ourselves that we are better off alone.

This series will inspire clarity, intent, and fulfillment in creating lasting relationships. We will answer the call for companionship by opening up and being truly available, perceptive, truthful, generous, and faithful.

Each week, we contemplate and meditate on a new topic. We dialogue to resolve key challenges in our lives, and move to embody what we discover.

Week 1: To Be Available

The prerequisite of companship, but we get caught up in the past and the future instead of meeting the moment.


Week 2: To Be Perceptive/Receptive

The lifeforce of companionship, but we assume and assert our own views rather than being sensitive to what’s possible.


Week 3: To Be Truthful

The transformer of companionship, but we get stuck in what we want rather than seeing and acting on truth.


Week 4: To Be Generous

The heart of companionship, but we think in terms of our own benefit, where our heart could open.


Week 5: To Be Faithful

The sacred of companionship, not to disregard the trust and faith we must have for companionship to flourish in all places.

What the series includes:

• 5 Group Sessions from 18 June to 23 July.
Live on Thursdays for 2 hours of meditation, dialogue, and bodywork.

• 1 One-on-one Session with Fritz Hendrik.

• Weekly check-ins with Angelica via message.

• 1 Practice Partner to meet with throughout the series for shared practice, accountability, and inspiration.

• Small Group of up to 12 companions: for a hands-on, intimate journey together.

• Contemplations and fieldwork to help you transform in key moments and integrate insights between sessions.

Live on Thursdays from 7 pm to 9 pm CET, except 10 July.

Online via Zoom
On the laptop not via phone, with the camera on and in a undisturbed, inside space.

Attendance should be for a minimum of 3 out of 5 sessions.
Recording may be available on request.

About Fritz Hendrik

Fritz Hendrik guides those who feel called to realize their true intent. 

Before dedicating himself to this, he was a dancer and choreographer for large media productions, a founding partner of a venture studio and two coaching fellowships, and an executive coach and facilitator.

Born in Berlin and having lived across Europe and Asia, he has gathered an international community with hundreds of members, taught at centers such as the Findhorn Foundation, and spoken at organizations around the world.
He co-authored Peace Design, a guidebook to end war and manifest peace inside out. He also guides sacred pilgrimages in the mountains.

In 2026, he was ordained as a Shiva-Buddha Priest in Bali together with his wife Angelica.
Together, they conduct ceremonies for personal transformation and purification of people and places.
