With my journey in the Himalayas this year, it feels like a century has passed in evolution.

From these mountains, I could see the world bright and clear. It has taught me that the most sacred place I can visit is my mind.

I got it straight from the source: our nature, which is intelligent in being wild and untamed. Our attempt to control creates suffering.

Nothing can compare to receiving these teachings, and I recommend everyone to journey into the Himalayas at this time with the intention of evolution.
