The revolution in thought
Can we catch every thought and investigate its use? We find that our mind is cleared out in the process, like a river cleaning itself. From that silence, life gives us the instructions for real action to come through.
What is love (not)?
Love cannot possibly cause that much pain. It must be beyond this. No writings can adequately capture it, yet many attempt to do so. Love is not an object to be described. It is, when thought is not.
How do we relate?
What we like to call a ‘relationship’ is most often simply a compromise. To feel another is a totally different thing. We share what it means to be alive.
Can we see without glasses?
We look at life through different filters. We study the world according to how one is accepted and respected socially. We strive to fit in until that’s not enough anymore and we want to stand out. Can we perceive and learn from life without any of this, breaking through our conditioning?
Feel the World, End the Matrix.
Can you feel the world around you? This is really where the energy is at. A life force that needs no effort at all, and yet is powerful beyond measure.
What is creation in daily life?
Throwing out all strategies, ideas, and formulas in thought, we have the capacity to generate something new from complete stillness, listening for what wants to be created.
At the heart of education: The wisdom of learning

Mental health and illness. Opposites attract
Opposites attract each other. As long as we make mental health into our personal story, which is an accumulation of thoughts about ourselves, we will experience mental illness.
Being yourself (Lord of the Rings inspired)
When we identify with thoughts about ourselves, we act in line with them and see them confirmed in every situation. A distorted sense of self forms that we start to believe in, and live by.
Handling pain and being free of it
All that we are is infinite and all that we are not will pass.
Step outside the drama of role-playing
Step out of the drama and relate to the being behind the role. Like two actors meeting for the first time outside their act.
